    1. Thanks, doll! It's getting easier and after my 6 week challenge, I think I'm going to continue but with more frequent cheats. Maybe 80/20.

  2. I actually really like the paleo meal plan but I don't like meat enough to adapt it at this point. I am sort of an in-between-er when it comes to the way I eat - in between a lot of different styles!

    1. It's definitely meat heavy! I don't think there are right or wrong answers as far as diet goes; it's very personal. Well, I mean, fast food on a daily basis is definitely wrong, but as long as your diet is whole, clean, and free of overly processed foods and preservatives, it can't be wrong. Everybody is different and has to find what works for them!

    1. It's catching on with more and more people. It's exciting to see it pop up in magazine articles and places like greatest.com, as well as being endorsed by health and fitness professionals.
