A few other bloggers had mentioned this product, and I prayed that my grocery store would carry it.  You see, I live in south Louisana.  In general, cajuns are not healthy eaters.  Therefore, grocery stores in south Louisiana do not have vast health food departments.

But my prayers were answered and the buyers for 12th street Kroger in Lake Charles, LA blessed my soul with vanilla almond-coconut milk (unsweetened, of course.).

Holy delicous, batman!  It was even better than I thought it would be!

Chocolate milk, smoothies, oats, or in a glass all by its lonesome - every way I've tried it, I've enjoyed it.  Each time it hits my lips, I let out an "mmmmm".

I'm trying to find a way to transform it into a healthy ice cream.  Suggestions are welcome.

The one downside: this coconutty goodness is making my beach fever worse.  And I see no beaches in my near future. :(

I miss you, beach!

Have you tried this almond coconut milk?  What did you think?

Are you ready for the beach?
