Saturday Funny

As most CrossFit boxes do, mine posts our WODs at midnight.  Yesterday, at 8:00 AM, it still wasn't posted.  I text my sister - "Why isn't the WOD posted?"  Laughter insued because I was immediately reminded of this video. 

If you are a CrossFitter, you will find this funny as hell.  If you are not, you may not find it hilarious.  All I can say is get your butt to CrossFit so you can laugh with me!

I'm guilty of saying at least 3 of these this week alone!  Funny 'cause it's true.
