A is for age: 27 years young!
B is for breakfast today: coffee. My stomach is upset and I can't even think about food without getting nauseous.
C is for currently craving: warm rays of sunshine on my skin while laying on a beach.
D is for dinner tonight: either taco salad or fish cakes, roasted asparagus, and hollandaise.
E is for favorite type of exercise: CrossFit and running. My favorite CrossFit movements are box jumps and any kind of squat variation. I'm also starting to love jumping rope since my double unders are improving.
F is for an irrational fear: snakes.
G is for gross food: pickles.
H is for hometown: Sulphur, LA.
I is for something important: buckling down for my last 2 weeks of the Paleo challenge if I actually want to win.
J is for current favorite jam: blackberry. Just kidding! Nicki Minaj "Starships". I'm slightly ashamed to admit that I'm psyched for the release of her new CD. She makes the best running music...it just gets me pumped up!
K is for kids: My fur baby, Lola.
L is for current location: Lake Charles, LA
M is for the most recent way you spent money: on crawfish! $5 for what ended up being all you can eat...I'd say that is a bargain.
N is for something you need: I have everything I need and more.
O is for occupation: Disease Surveillance Specialist
P is for pet peeve: Lately, I'm aggrevated with overly critical people who would rather analyze other peoples' lives and pick them apart than actually go out and live their own.
Q is for a quote: "Decide what to be, and go be it." Bonus points if you can name who sang it!! Another one along the same lines, "The only difference between who you are and who you want to be is action."
R is for random fact about you: I do not have a smart phone. Just an old school call and text, basic cell. I know I will eventually end up with one, but right now, I feel overly connected as it is.
S is for favorite healthy snack: guacamole deviled eggs. Boil eggs, mix the yolks with avocados and salt and pepper, and stuff the mixture back in the eggs.
T is for favorite treat: ice cream!!!
U is for something that makes you unique: It's the sum of all the things about me that make me unique.
V is for favorite vegetable: cabbage or asparagus, but a garden fresh tomato sliced up with salt and pepper is hard to beat!
W is for today’s workout: sprints :(
X is for X-rays you’ve had: None. As clumsy as I am, I have never broken anything or been to the ER.
Y is for yesterday’s highlight: my first crawfish of the season and my first Strawberry Abita of the season
