Last night I had so. much. fun! I haven't had a chance to upload my pics, but when I do I will share exactly what I did. Hint: A lot of fist pumping and a very famous DJ with a blow-out was involved. :)
Needless to say, I'm moving slow this morning. The problem with having that much fun is it leads to drive thru food (ahem, Canes) and a very late bedtime. This WOD was on my agenda for the day, but I feel, well, like poo. My plan is to super hydrate and see how I feel after work.
On to the point of the post...The Friday Five:
1. What I'm Reading: State of Wonder

2. What I'm Eating: This recipe from Bon Appetit.

Also, a lot of fruit. Cherries, peaches, strawberries, and blackberries (my favorite!) were all too cheap to pass up. I told myself I didn't have to eat it all, I could freeze some for smoothies, but I'm out of zip-locs and haven't had time to get to the store. Slowly but surely, the fruit is disappearing.
3. What I'm Watching: Another week of no TV.
Who Am I? But I'm so excited for the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games. I cannot think of a better way to spend my Friday night than on my couch in sweats watching team USA in London.

4. What I'm Listening to:
Newest addition to my running playlist.
5. What I'm Pinning:
Happy Friday!
What are you reading? Eating? Watching? Listening to? Pinning?
What are your weekend plans?
I have my first long run of half marathon training (only 3 miles) and a Paleo seminar on Saturday. Also, bathing my car and my dog and cutting grass. Whomp, whomp.
I actually don't have any weekend plans for the first time in a few weeks! I'll probably go to the gym tomorrow morning, then I've got some cleaning to do (boo!). Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a good weekend! I cleaned and cut grass, but had fun too!
DeleteI just read that book... in like three days!! I missed my train stop I was so involved!!! I LOVED it!
ReplyDeleteI'm still only half way done. I thought I would have time to read this weekend, but was sucked into the Olympics!
