- Last week, I picked up the Chargrilled & Fruit Salad from Chik-fil-A for lunch. Yum!
And the nutrition stats aren't too shabby. Most of the sugars and carbs are naturally from the fruit, and I threw off the cheese, so had a little less fat and calories.
I paired it with half a packet of reduced fat berry balsamic dressing.

About 90% of the time, I eat lunch at home; This will be my new I have been too busy to grocery shop and have nothing in my fridge to throw together for lunch lunch.

- Last night I ran into a friend, who I know only through her ex-boyfriend. Since they broke up, I didn't expect to see her anymore. I'm so glad we bumped into each other because we instantly bonded over things only she and I could understand (related to exes). We're having drinks soon to dish on it more!
